Terms & Conditions 

 

  1. Should there be any changes to any information in issued tickets; it will only be communicated by our office from an official phone number.
  2. Changes of confirmed and un-confirmed reservations made at least 2 days prior to travel can be made at no additional fee.
  3. Please be at the place and time stipulated on your booking confirmation.
  4. There will be no refunds for confirmed bookings where the voyager is not at the pickup point at the agreed time.
  5. All changes made less than two days of reservation travel date are subject to a change fee of E100.
  6. All changes to bookings are subject to the availability of seats at the time of changing.
  7. Cancellations are subject to a Cancellation Fee depending on number of days before travel date at time of the cancellation: 0% if cancel over 8 days before travel date; 25% if cancel 7 days or less; 50% if cancel 4 days or less; 75% if cancel 2 days or less.
  8. No refunds for cancellations made on day of travel.
  9. We reserve the right to cancel bookings not confirmed.
  10. Please provide prior notice if you will have luggage weighing over 50kg or luggage exceeding one piece (excluding hand-luggage).
  11. Additional space will be provided for luggage at an additional fee of R50 per item within our dimensions. Without prior notice there may not be space provided for the extra luggage.
  12. A booking is confirmed only once payment is received.
  13. Please note that you may not travel unless full payment has been received.
  14. Please use name of the person travelling as a reference for your payment; alternatively fax, email or present proof of payment before date of travel.
  15. Your meal request will only be sent to our suppliers once you have a confirmed booking. All meal requests must be sent to our suppliers at least 24 hours before travel. Should you only book less than 24 hours before travel date, it may be too late for us to order the complimentary meal.
  16. While we endeavor to return all lost and found items to their owners. Paracletes Shuttles will not be liable for Damage/Loss to Baggage.
  17. While we plan to arrive by the ETA on the eTicket, our ETA may be altered by border immigration process delays and/or any traffic related delays on the roads. Paracletes Shuttles will not be liable for delays beyond the control of the driver.
  18. Please plan your connection so that you have at least 30 minutes between the ETA and the boarding time for your connecting transport.
